Mori Seiki NV5000
The NV5000 received the 2002 Nikkei Superior Products and Services Awards / Nikkei Business Daily Awards for Excellence. It has the latest technologies in CNC machining with a spindle speed of 14,000 rpm, 1600/ipm rapid traverse, 800 line look-ahead high speed machining, (for complex 3D parts), 4-axis programmable rotary table, an X,Y,Z limit of 31.5" x 20.1" x 20.1" respectively, and the rigidity of any horizontal machining center in it's class. It also comes with their MAPPS conversational programming language which allows for CAM programming and tool-path verification right at the machine.
The NV5000 is a valuable asset to our company as it provides us with the added flexibility that may not be found on other machines, adding even more versatility.

Enshu JE40
The Enshu JE40-F is equipped with the Fanuc 18M CNC, one of the most proven machining center controls available. The Fanuc 18M provides 200 tool offsets. As an additional feature, Enshu provides 4,000 rpm rigid tapping, speeds generally found only in dedicated drilling and tapping machines.
All travels (X/15.7", Y/19.7", Z/15.7") are via the massive thrust absorbing column at speeds to 1,417 ipm. This inherently accurate approach coupled with the heavy one-piece bed casting and oversize slip coupling protected ball screws provide maximum rigidity and thermal stability and delivers consistent full stroke 0.0003" positioning accuracy and ±0.00004" repeatability.
As a production machine, Enshu has optimized the speed of all "non-cut" operations. Examples include one second tool changes, 90¡ table index in 1.5 seconds, and pallet changes in six seconds with 880 lbs loads per pallet.

Enshu JE60
The JE60 has succeeded in drastically reducing ATC, rapid traverse and APC time. In particular, indexing time has been reduced to a current time of 1.5 seconds shorter since rotation is faster. This machine easily accommodates large work pieces and fixtures with a stroke of 23.6 by 23.6 by 23.6.
