GILDEMEISTER CTX 310

Employing 3-D CNC, integrated spindle motors with synchronous technology, and turrets with capacity-based cycle times from 0.1 to 0.2 sec, the CTX-series universal lathes are claimed to improve productivity from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 28%, depending on the application.

Couple this with it's ability to mill small slots and pockets perpendicular to the centerline axis with it's live tooling, parts that would normally move to the milling department for secondary operations are now completed in the CTX.

What does this mean? Quicker cycle times with added precision that passes directly on the our customers.

CITIZEN Cincom L20 Type VII Swiss Style

Since its inception, MCC has successfully made CINCOM machines the most widely accepted Swiss-type turning centers in the world. These machines are used extensively to manufacture an array of products, including medical instruments, electronics, fiber optics, automobiles, business machines, aerospace, defense, firearms, tools, valves, fasteners, and many others.

The main spindle motor housing is built-in, NO BELT. This technology offers higher spindle rotation accuracy resulting in better machining of parts. The maximum speed of the main spindle is 10,000 rpm and the standard independent sub-spindle has a maximum 8,000 rpm.
