ESNHU JE40 / ENSHU JE60
These Horizontal Machining Centers give Mictron the benefit of running multiple setups in one operation. With their four sided tombstones and 360 degree indexing, parts requiring machining on six sides is possible without interruption. While the JE40 is designed for the smaller parts, the JE 60 (right) has X,Y,Z limits of 24" x 24" x 27" respectively which allows for larger parts and has a non-ram style spindle for more rigid applications. Heavy cutting of 316 Stainless Steel is a breeze with this machine.
Both machines are equipped with continuous evacuation chip conveyers to reduce downtime and, as with all our CNC machines, is networked directly to our Computer Automated Manufacturing System.
These machines provide Mictron with the flexibility demanded by the industry to provide you with the fastest, most accurate parts possible. |
